Route Selection & Troubleshooting
Choose routes based on how they perform with your local network and the service you want to access—not just the region name. IEPL, relay, and direct routes each suit different situations. Access also depends on the target platform’s policies and your local network conditions. Review route types on the Servers page, then test the routes with the services you use most.
If something goes wrong, first check whether the issue involves subscription updates, client permissions, or the target service. Then try another route for comparison. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel with the platform, route name, and error message to help identify the cause. Privacy & Data Minimization
ShunVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. We limit data collection to what is necessary for account management, order processing, and troubleshooting. Support tickets should not include your password or full subscription link.
